No referral is necessary to access the clinic services and the clinic is open year-round.
COVID 19 procedures:
The first step for an interested client is to send the clinic an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to book a telephone intake appointment which usually takes between 20 - 30 minutes to complete. These appointments are scheduled during the following times:

|Thursday||10:00 am to 1:00 pm|
|Friday||1:00 pm to 4:00 pm|
The next step in the process is that the Clinical Manager reviews these completed intakes on a weekly basis and will let the caller know if and when we can start to provide the requested service.
Currently, we have availability for adult therapy cases and couples therapy. We have a short waitlist for adolescent/family therapy cases. While we are now able to once again provide comprehensive assessments - there is a waitlist for these services.
